룸 청소를 그렇게 꼼꼼하게 한 것 같지 않아 안 좋은 냄새가 납니다. 아마 다른 강아지 친구들이 계속 묵으면서 나는 냄새겠지만 화장실도 락스칠을 하지 않는지 뭔가 좀 청결하지는 않네요. 직원들은 정말 정말 친절했습니다. 위치도 산 속에 있어 공기도 참 좋았고, 강아지도 정말 좋아하는 리조트였지만 청결 문제 때문에 다음번에는 안 갈 것 같습니다.

지하2층 B2 주차장에서 체크인을 위해 로비로 가는 엘리베이터가 없어서 불편하였고,
주차공간이 많지 않아서 야간에 주차하기 힘들었고,
주차장 바닥이 노후화되어 있어 보수가 필요함.

예전에도 방문해서 너무 좋은기억 갖고 있던 리조트인데,
이제는 정말 친절한 직원분들 빼고는 아쉬움이 너무 많습니다.
정말 직원분들은 여전히 친절하세요 ㅠ
리조트야 워낙 오래되었으니 노후화된거는 당연히 이해하죠.
그런데 전반적인 객실 관리 상태
1. 청소상태
- 화장실천장에 머리카락도 여러개 붙어있었음, 바닥 먼지, 베란다 등
2. 오래된 조명으로 인한 조도 어두움 등
- 화장실은 무섭기까지 해요
아쉬움이 많이 남더라구요.
추억이 있던곳이라 아쉬워서 리뷰남깁니다.
조금 개선이 되었으면 좋겠어요.

외관은 노후됐지만 실내는 좋다고해서 갔는데,,
방에 들어서자마자 배변패드에 강아지 쉬가 그대로 있었구요.
냉장고에는 먹다남은 물도 그대로...
천장에는 거미줄.. 티비 밑에는 먼지 가득...
티비도 자꾸 끈기네요.
실외 펫파크만 좋았어요.
실내 놀이터는 바닥에 강아지 간식들이 떨어져있구요..
7월이라 날씨가 너무 더웠는데 수영장 운영을 안해서 아쉬웠습니다.
조식도 종류가 너무 없구요..
정말 여러곳 많이 다녔는데 이렇게 실망한 곳은 처음이였습니다.

아버지를 모시고 가족끼리 다녀왔어요..
조용하고 산책하기에도 좋고 창밖의 전경이 매우 좋았습니다..
공기도 산뜻하고 아래로 내려다 보이는 마을도 정겨웠어요...
시설이 노후 되었다라는 품평이 있어서 약간 걱정이 되기는 했었어요..
하지만, 실제 가서 보니 시설도 나름 정이 가고 추억을 만들기에 좋았습니다..
특히 9층 전경은 참 좋았고요,
작은 방 격자창 같은 창문이 인상적이었어요...
그 독특함이 오히려 마음에 들었답니다...
전체적으로 "여행의 여백"을 느낄 수 있어서 매우 좋았습니다
